For over decade, I worked in two very different worlds - hospitality and law enforcement. Both taught me how to connect with people.

I became a listener, a guide...and sometimes the only light in someone's vulnerable moments. That's where seeds of my coaching journey were unknowingly planted. 

But everything truly shifted after my divorce. It was a deep crossroads in my life. And in that silence, I realized - my mind was the mirror of my reality.

And if I wanted to change my life, I had to change what I saw in the mirror. That awakening sparked the dream I had carried for years..                                                             .... to become a life coach. 

So I followed it...

I earned my certificate through

the Brave Thinking Institute and                                                          took multiple courses

to expand and deepen my tools.

But my greatest teacher in my                                                              life is my daughter.

As a single mom. I'm raising                                                                 her to know, our emotions

shape our thoughts. And when                                                             we become aware of them,

we can rewrite rest of our lives.
